Sales Policy

Private bird owners, please do not place an order. Contact your veterinarian.  A $30.00 processing fee will be assessed for any unauthorized credit card payment requiring reimbursement. This is a  fee charged by merchant services to fulfill placing and refunding your unauthorized order.

Sales Policy: The first order requires the purchase of at least one full set of twelve collars after which individual replacements sizes will be accepted.  It is critical to have multiple sizes available for fitting to achieve the highest level of effectiveness and safety.     
                       
Satisfaction Guarantee:  GHN, Inc. will refund any orders returned within 45 days
of receipt.  Shipping & handling is not included.  Any defective items will be replaced free of charge.   Contact GHN, Inc. prior to returning.  

Please read directions carefully  to understand the unique latching mechanism. 
Different sized collars may require slight modification in pressures applied to engage and separate hemispheres.  THIS IS NOT A DEFECT.  It is inherent in the plastic to flex and distort differently with each size.

It is important to check each collar for any rough areas that occasionally occur in the plastic molding process.  Any burrs can be easily dremeled off. Any collars that close with difficulty should be examined for extra plastic in the joints. This, too, may be dremeled off to enable easier closure.

Shipping & Handling: Orders will normally be filled within 1 to 3 days of receipt of payment and  shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  There is a minimum S & H fee of $10.00 per order within the Continental United States and minimum $30.00 per order outside this area. This will cover most orders. GHN, Inc. reserves the right to add additional shipping fees.  Please contact the company for S & H for orders greater than 2 dozen collars.
