International Orders


Private bird owners, please do not place an order. Contact your veterinarian.  A $30.00 processing fee will be assessed for any unauthorized credit card payment requiring reimbursement. This is a  fee charged by merchant services to fulfill placing and refunding your unauthorized order.

Orders from countries other than the United States:                           
Please choose one of the following three options:                               

Option One: E-mail drghn@aol.com. Using two or three e-mails, provide portions of your credit card information. This should include your credit card 16 digit number, expiration date, card holder name and address, and shipping address if different. Include your order of collar sizes and numbers. Use more than one e-mail to avoid security risks of on-line ordering. (THIS IS THE MOST FREQUENTLY SELECTED AND FASTEST ORDER PROCESSING METHOD)

Option Two: A check or money order in U.S funds may be forwarded to:

Option Three: Alternatively, you may enlist a colleague in the U.S who will assist you in ordering under his or her U.S. billing account. You may request to ship directly to your address.  Have them use Option One or Two to place your order.  

Pricing:  Best price is a full box set of 12 sizes for $49.00. Replacement orders of one or two same sized collars is full price even if you order multiple sizes of collars. Three or more collars of the same size provides you a 30% discount on these individual sizes only.    

Minimum International Shipping & Handling Fee:   $30.00
Orders placed with a $10.00 S & H will not be filled if outside the U.S.A.
